Bad delivery service

I am a Spar retail manager and I am severely dissapointed in the service that natures choice gives us. We have placed an order with the company on 11/12/2024 and yet we still havent recieved any delivery or even any feedback or update regarding possible delivery date. Our shelves are empty ond thus the store is loosing sales as well as customers. This is not the first time delivery is delayd. Business can not continue like this. I will not recommend anyone to buy from this company
