Naturepedic latex mattress

I bought an Eco Kingdom queen extra length mattress from Naturepedic for R16 000.00. I was told it was made from a solid block of natural latex, which turned out not to be true. Within months, it developed a pronounced and uncomfortable dip. It was replaced and the same happened again within months. The business owner, Callie admitted it had been made by joining pieces of latex together. Despite having a 20 year warrantee, Naturepedic, Callie, has ignored my email complaints and refuses to take my phone calls. Mattress shops have stopped stocking these mattresses. ******* mattress and woeful customer service.
