Poor garden services from Nature Savvy Gardens PTY LTD

This company provided very poor service with regard to garden clearance, garden servicing and laying of new lawn. Despite up front payment and agreed dates/times for the work to be done, there were numerous delays. The scope of work was clearly indicated but despite this, tasks were left undone (e.g. cutting back of vegetation from along the perimeter electric fence was not done despite being included in the scope of work), and damage was done to my property as a result of piles of topsoil and lawn dressing being left unattended on my lawn for weeks. This damage was not repaired. Additionally, a large pile of garden cuttings was left on the outside verge of my property, and despite follow up requests to clear this up, has simply been abandoned.

The impression that I received is that this company over-commits, under-delivers and is poorly managed.
