Nature Savvy Garden Service - poor service and rude

What started with a lot of promise ended extremely poorly...

Unfortunately poor service, punctuality and total lack of respect for their client. Despite agreeing and being included in the scope of work, several tasks were not completed (such as trimming of trees, cultivating flower beds, cleaning up etc). On one occasion, arrived at approx. 4pm and left within 30 minutes.

When contacted to discuss the grievance and upon inviting him to view and discuss the issues, the owner Michael Florenca became defensive, unwilling to resolve the matter and eventually verbally abusive.

Totally unacceptable etiquette, over-promises and under-delivers.
