Extraordinary service and compassion

I would like to post an opposite reaction to the previous complaint...the issue is not just from the daycare's side, but the customer/parent here concerned..obviously you are not happy with certain issues (which is the ACTUAL reason for your complaint and you're not mentioning) which is also a valid reason why your child should move on to the next phase of his life...with everything you said here now to place Leone's name under any bad reputation! She is a compassionate, loving and well educated parent and care-giver and went the extra mile to help my son overcome his speech problem as well as anxiety and fear of being in a day-care/pre-school environment! And for that I am truly grateful! And lastly for the previous parent/complaint: if you are unhappy about the services rendered from anyone - feel free to go somewhere else! Don't make other parents' view negative!
