Disgusting customer service

<p>Natural stone warehouse in paardeneiland has very kindly and politely came to my rescue in trying to remedy my natural stone Flooring by sending through the 'experts' to my place. This expert, known as 'Gilly' is running his own company and is contracting for Natural stone warehouse. He came to my house to evaluate the problem and made out a quote for the job. He met with my husband and was asked a very simple question, 'can you fill up the holes in my floors?' This was the nature of my call when I initially spoke to the agent, Leo at natural warehouse. Gilly, couldn't stop over-emphasizing how easy filling up the holes in the floor will be and together with a strip and seal will look really beautiful! These holes were my main concern. After Mr Gillys observation he sent the quote to natural stone warehouse and I was told that I needed to make an immediate payment for the full amount to be seen too a.s.a.p. I must say Leo of natural stone warehouse, has been fantastic in pushing that the job gets done as I had been quite persistent with him on this. On the day of the job, a man named Luke claims to be working for Gilly is not very happy with natural Stone warehouse as he complained to me that day! Nevertheless, he arrives with his 2 workers who did all the work while he walked around my property whole day busy on his tablet and cellphone smoking 1 cigarette after the other! Luke, then informs me that he needs to go get products and disappears for hours on end leaving his workers unattended in my home. His workers once they had completed one part of the job would have to wait on Luke to bring what is needed in order to complete the rest of the job. An hour before they are to finish up for the day then only would Luke turn up! I am disgusted at this man and the way he treats his customers and workers! Gilly, the big boss when I call him to complain tells me that his at a wedding I must text him?????!!! Really! Me the customer must text you! I paid you for a service!!!!! To top it all off Gilly tells me that he 'mis-quoted' me! He claims that what he charged me for the job has costed him far more than what he anticipated! In other words the amount that he gave me on the quote which had to be paid in full before he starts the job is now 'not actually what it should be' He even went as far as telling me that I, as a client, am '****!' Really??? He then comes out to see my husband after I laid a complaint with Natural stone warehouse and promises to be at my home to fill the holes, at no charge! It has been 2 days after and still no-one has come!!! No courtesy call, sms, nothing!?By now I'm upset and call him to let him know that I'm not happy with the way he goes about doing business! He tells me his in Johannesburg and Luke will be coming to do the job but is trying to find the colours to mix in my holes! Seriously, these people are running a **** and everyone must be made aware of the way Gilly is ripping people off! His lazy and a ***** and I will go to the ends of the earth to ensure,a good company like natural stone warehouse doesn't tarnish their relationship further by doing business with '***** like Gilly!!!!!!'</p>
