Bad product and installation

We contacted Natural Quartz flooring's Durban branch as we wanted to change our flooring on our patios at our holiday home as the current tiles were very slippery when wet. Scott Fuller was the person who gave us the quote and after several discussions with him to make sure this is the right product ,we proceeded with the quote. When they did the installation i questioned the installers several times because it looked like they didn't use enough resin. They assured me it is how they do it. When they finished the job the steps and skirtings were done very *****. After several phone calls to Scott they came back and try to fix it. It was till not done properly but they told me my floors were *****. A few days after installation there were several loose stones and I phoned Scott. He said it will settle, I was concerned because the floor was very porous and rain water would not drain. . I contacted Scott again and ask him to put extra sealant on. He requested another R2700 which I reluctantly paid. The extra sealant was never done and when we got there in December the floor was breaking up in pieces. We spend R32000 on these floors that is now in pieces and cannot get him to fix it!!!
