Fabulous Service

I bought a Himalayan Salt Grinder at Dischem Nicolway a few weeks ago - I had not retained my receipt. I used the Grinder a couple of times, then the Grinder just did not grind the salt and I was stuck with a large container of Salt and not able to grind it. I emailed Natural Herbs and Spices and reported the above. Within 24 hours I had received a reply from Sion Clackworthy, who asked me to take and send photo's of the product to them and came back with the reply that they would Courier me a replacement. The replacement arrived on Tuesday via UTI - they also told me to keep the faulty one and use it as a refill. Excellent service is so scarce these days and Natural Herbs & Spices rose to the occasion.
