Parquet tilling gone horribly bad!!!

We hired Natural Floors to replace parquet floors in one of the properties that we manage. Initially the job was supposed to take three days, instead it took them four days. The tiles were horribly installed, most of them were cracked. We then contacted the owner of the company to arrange time and day for us to meet so we can resolve this issue, he agreed meeting up with us, when the day arrived , lo and behold, he's phone went straight to voicemail. Leaving us with damaged floors, dirty walls.

Working with these guys will leave you in frustration. Uns****ed people looking to make a quick buc****
