Natural Choice should not be a natural choice

Avoid dealing with this company. I purchased products from their website, where they state their delivery policy is 2 - 6 days. I eventually received my goods 16 days after the order. I had been communicating with them during this time to establish when the order would arrive and when they did commnunicate, falsly inforatiin me that it would arrive 2 days later and even sent false courier waybill tracking emils - 3 tim, to play for time. The parcel was only deliered after their fourth courer parcel notification was sent to me. For aweek they didnt answer mey messages - phone calls, Meta messages or emails.

I notified my bank to reverse the purchase and it was only then that I finally received a response with a different story blamed for the delay. They are based in the same City as I am.

I informed them to cancel as I wasn't going to be home to receive the parcel, but they ignored this and days later the parcel was delivered. The effect and cost I had to go to was not worth dealing with this company and I even wondered if their site was an elaborate ****.
