Unprofessional, Not recommended

I was advised that if I was not on time, the time would be taken off the time I had available.Respectfully, I arrived early, only to have my massage start 25 minutes late! And to add insult to injury, I was attended to after 3 people that arrived after me and were scheduled for the same time as me. Receptionist was more interested in chatting on her cell than greeting or acknowledging me. My worst experience at a Spa in Capetown. NOT Recommended.
