Unclean, Unprofessional & Unkind

This place doesn't deserve even a single star. The owner is unkind, unprofessional, edits screenshots of messages to suits her, claims messages never went through to her, takes your money then tells you she's not obligated to give you what you paid for. The place wasn't clean as any wellness establishment should be with visible dirt on the walls, floor, furniture and wall plugs. I booked a full body massage with hot stone therapy but the stones were not heated after the stones were heated a staff member came into the room and slammed the bucket of stones onto the massage table. The staff were arguing and swearing at each other somewhere on the premises. The masseuse was checking her cellphone while she was meant to be attending to my massage. Overall I did not have a good experience and judging from past reviews I am not the only one.
