Terrible Experience

Hi there! My husband and I had a 14:00pm full body appointment yesterday. We arrived 15minutes before the time (Standard practice for spa's). Receptionist were okay. Nothing too concerning, although no interaction and setting the clients in. We were just told to wait. At about 14:05pm the the****** came and told us to go into the treatment room, and explained what we need to do. Before we walked in, a coupled walked out. When we arrived in the treatment room, the same towels from previous client was on and the bed and linen were oily. The the****** came back in, and I told her to change the towels. She first told me, it was changed and I told her I refuse to lay on dirty/used towels. She then changed it. The treatment proceeded, during this time, on three occasions someone opened the door (One is too many!) Even though it was another the******, this is not acceptable at all. Our treatment ended by 14:55, which is a total of 15mins shorter than what I paid for. This is deeply concerning, as the Health and Safety Practices in the spa environment is not up to standard. It is very loud inside the spa, the****** talk very loud. They have vey poor spa etiquette, do not greet properly, unfriendly, staff smoke right infront of the entrance, call each other very loudly. They definitely show no enthusiasm towards work and professionalism. The the****** allocated to myself and my husband did not even know basic towel folding techniques. She basically stretched the towel over my face and hurting my eyes. She didn't even wipe off any oils from our bodies. I requested to speak to the supervisor of this team, the receptionist said there is no supervisor and need to speak to the 'boss' via 'whatsapp'. Very concerning as it is indicative as to why the spa environment is the way it is as there is no one supervising the team. If you experienced how other spa's operate and the standard delivered, this is a very low standard. In fact, I am disgusted in the overall experience. The Spa Association SA clearly outlines what the standard is. I am expecting feedback on this.
