Rude, unprofessional staff. Dirty towels and non the****utic space.

I visited them on Saturday 5 October for 11 am slot. This was for my 71 year old mom. They are very unprofessional in terms of time and manners. We were only let in by 11h12. At 11h14 a young woman barged in, without greeting she said you're still dressed and the time is not on our side. I tried to explain that we were only let in at 11h12. She wanted to hear nothing but went on and on about their time. I undressed, no gown, towels are dirty and old. She was determined to win. She got upset and lashed out, leaving me in bed naked. I laid there waiting. At 11h20 another woman came in to offer help. How she talks was as unprofessional as the first one who lashed out. She addressed me as "baby, come I will do you ". I honestly had to get up and sit at reception while waiting for my mother to finish. One woman asked if my mother had high blood pressure and my answer was yes. They were running around trying to change/replace hot stones with salt. I added for refund and the receptionist informed me that she's communicating with the owner I must wait for her response. I sat there. No response from owner, no contacts were given even their names were not given to me. I left without any clear communication. I emailed, no response. On Monday I called and it was a long called a woman who first said she was not Fahtima, but a receptionist then later in the conversation she was Fahtima. She said her ladies are never rude to anyone, I am the problem. What do I want to achieve by asking for owners number? She's the rudest disrespectful person I know. 1. Disrespectful 2. Rude 3. Dirty towels 4. No indemnity signed. 5. Refund- they stole my R250 and on top of that all rude.
