****roaches crawling around

My experience was horrific There were ****roaches running around!(which I took pictures of ) And not to mention I was only called for my massage after my given time so my massage started 10 minutes past the stipulated time 13:00 and ended 13:57 , I was only called a bit after one to the room. And they set very very strict rules if you miss your appointment time that they can’t even adhere to , the staff was not busy they were all sitting around waiting for I don’t know what and I was only told to go into the room after 13:00 when my massage was supposed to start at 13:00 “Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, as we have other clients booked afterward. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session to stay on schedule. Unfortunately, we will be unable to extend or reschedule your appointment if other clients are booked, and no refunds will be provided” this is the standard you want to set ,but not able to uphold it ,I was kind enough to mention the ****roach situation to the receptionist, she said she’ll go and have a look as I had to kill it , because I was scared it would get into my clothing , I went for my massage on Friday , I thought I would have been communicated with after the incident it’s Sunday today and no formal response or apology was given. I would not recommend this place sorry !
