Paid fr 90min n only got 70min!!!!

Like *******!!!! The actual massage was brilliant but the staff are very moody and rude. Thy dont even greet or intorduce themselves, nor do they even ask u ur name. I booked a 90min massage fr 6 people from 2 to 3:30pm Our massage was started at 2:15 and we only received 1 hour 10min massage. The masage ended at 3:25 instead of 3:45. A robbing of 20 minutes. Wen u query it with fatima the owner instead of being apolegetic, she started making al kind of excuses and accusations . PATHETIC SERVICE AND ROGUE TYPE BEHAVIOUR. PAY UPFRONT N ONLY RECEIVE PART OF UR TREATMENT AS THY HAV ALREADY RECEIVED THEIR MONEY!!!!
