No tranquility for this spa.

Wish I had read the reviews before booking with this one place, do yourself a favour and check out the other HP reviews and their Google reviews. I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessionalism coming from a place that should relax you, long story short when this owners staff makes a mistake , they will make it your mistake. We lost out on our treatment and refused a refund because of their error. The 1 star reviews are too generous.
