Disappointing standards

I am a fellow Masseuse and I stated so in my message and that I was in desperate need of help due to my muscles being tense and sore. I know you cant fix a massage in 1 session and was really hoping I would have a good experience. 1st the towls I could tell they had not been changed and feel the oil. 2nd there was no introductions whatsoever. 3rd the girls did not know what I had booked for, i paid for 2 deep tissue massages and yet my partner was given swedish. 4th as a masseuse one should know not to massage over bone and not use hard pressure on the joints.5th I could feel the my masseuse nails were sharp especially when she got to the sole of my foot, it was painful. 6th my massage was interrupted and my masseuse left me to open the door for clients, I wouldn't mind this but I was left abruptly without a word.7th when the towls are on the client one should not flip over the towls because it seems like you do not care. 8th the girls were talking to each other through the massage. 9th I was caked in oil and my freshly washed hair had oil in it, I had plans to go out after and I tied up my hair to prevent it from getting oily, oil on the back of my head is fine but not my fringe.10th the massage was ended abruptly without a calming ending, girls said thank you and left. I came in and wanted to treat myself and my partner. Please do not see as a personal attack but as a fellow masseuse I did not think the standards would be this low and I am truly disappointed.
