Disappointed and unpleasant service

My review is after a disappointing return to your spa. I went there last month and had a great massage. Went back this month for a 90 minutes for R300. After starting my treatment 15 mins later the "the******" walks in the room doesnt introduce herself and asks what treatment im having and i say 90 minute swedish. Shes shouts 90 minutes?? And im like yes. I told her i would love for you to focus on my upper back and neck as i woke up with a stiff neck, she doesnt say yes or anything and just continues to rub my lower back as hard as she can and i remind her that this is a swedish not deep tissue almost 20 mins in shes still at my lower back and i ask can u do my neck and she replies yes il do it just relax. Up until now she still hasnt done my neck! Im a the****** and i know when a client request a certain area then that is the are thats bothering them thats the whole reason they booked that treatment so why wont i do as im told? I booked that session those 90 minutes were supposed to be catered to my needs. Not what was comfortable for the the******. She then proceeded to not to the front of my arms at all! And finished 5 minutes before the time. Thats a whole 20 minutes taken off my treatment time. Ive messaged the owner 3 days ago, still no response, ive messaged again this morning and i was just blue ticked. I understand you want to make as much money as u can but you have to use ppl that WANT to work, that the****** clearly does not want to work.
