Tata Novus 2017 model Truck, worth ?????????? nothing

My Tata truck was in a accident on the 16th January 2018, truck falling on its side, Tata Pietermaritzburg only replaced no. 4 bearing, we collect the truck in April 2018, after two weeks the light for low oil pressure came on, we parked the truck at the workshop, as per the instructions of the assessor Louwen Alexander ( Natsure ) take the truck to Tata Polokwane to be checked, oil sample was send in and report was send to Louwen Alexander, metal in oil, for more then three months Louwen did not reply to emails and phone calls, Tata Polokwane advise me to pay R 5604.18 to strip te parts replaced by Tata Pietermaritzburg, report is as following: No 4 is the bearing that cause the low oil pressure warning and the noise in the engine, the copper compound of the bearing is exposed from the oil hole all around the bearing cap. no 4 bearing have sized. no 4 main bearing lower bearing cap show evidence of exposed copper. the majority of the damage on the bearing relate to dirt in the oil that caused the scar marks on the bearings. Tata Head Office, Natsure and Louwen Alexander the assessor refuse to take any responsibility. The Tata Novus truck is a July 2017 model, for nearly a year it is not possible for me to make a payment due to loss of income. amount outstanding at ABSA is 1.6 million, truck will be repossess by ABSA and I will be liable for the outstanding amount. How is it possible no company will take responsibility for this...…….why am I the one loosing everything due to lack of interest from ABSA, Nautsure, Tata South Africa, if the mechanic was not qualified to do the repairs, why did the assessor approve the repair and sign off the truck
