Swimpool cracked for no maintenance

This is the worst insurance I ever dealt with. My swimpool had a crack and they send a trainee assesor send to do a check for 5 min and took pictures around my pool and he was not interested in the crack itself. They also after 23years told me my policy was paid out in 2007 which is also a lie. They paid me out in 2007 for over charging on the value of the property. Just stay away from them they just after your money.
