INSURANCE CLAIM

On 14/1/2020 I logged a complaint about water damage and wet carpet in sitting room. A structure engineer visited the site. I gave him the plans of the house. he inspected the floor and come to the conclusion that rising water caused the problem. I took him through the house and his remarks were that he cannot find any cracks in the walls, let alone any signs of rising water and left. Natsure rejected the claim with reason "rising damp". I requested a copy of the engineers report which was refused. your assistance will be appreciated to enable me to get a copy of that report.
