Dotsure don't try

I took a policy for car insurance i was put thru a consultant gave me a premium then a few hours later another person called me to say its R50 more I accepted then told me netstar will call me to install tracker called me said last Friday they will be at my place by 9.15 waited the whole day nobody even called called dofsure complained and canceled the tracker then they said I must go for a inspection I was in randburg called fotsure said I can only have it done by autoglass Denver drove all the way the ppl there said they don't know dotsure and don't do anymore for dotsure then waited a hour called in again then they said I should go to edenvale pg glass which is far from where I live looked at my policy documents and even the policy number was wrong I called in and canceled the guy at retention tried to blame me and the ppl and autoglass whilst on the fone I could gear ppl laughing n joking very unprofessional plz don't even think about insuring with dotsurr lol suren moodley I went back to miway rather deal with the madness I know then the madness I don't know
