Natshoot shop incompetence

As much as i enjoy being a member of the Natshoot organization their online shop is completely ***********. Ordered a press on the 31st May '24 and it still hasn't been shipped. It has taken more than a week to book a courier to collect from their offices which according to "courier" site was attempted 3 times to no avail. "Booked incorrectly" and "Not ready x2" being the reasoning. No actual person at Natshoot takes responsibility and responses are always from "the Natshoot shop" No contact numbers to be able to call. And now they claim to have completed the sales as the courier has been contacted. Talk about passing the buck.
