Worst rental agent
Documented agreement states the Tenant will receive their deposit 30 days after cancelation of the agreement. I gave more than 1 months notice and have moved out of the property more than 43 days ago and still have not got my deposit back despite emails back and forth and confirmation that the property rented was left in good condition. If my rent was paid late I would have had a penalty fee but the deposit doesn't need to be refunded?
