Worst rental agency in South Africa

Natrent is the worst rental agency I’ve ever dealt with as a tenant. They refused to fix a mold issue for over 5 months, their suggested solution was to keep the windows open 24/7 which posed a great security risk to us and also resulted in us not being able use 2 of the 3 bedrooms of the apartment. On trying to organise an outgoing inspection the managing agent Gavin Booyzen completely ignored me. I doubt I’ll get my deposit back based on their previous reviews. Do not rent from, do not use them as your agent if you have a property.
