Worst estate company to deal with.

The worst company to deal with when it comes to refunding your money. Its been two months since I moved out and to date i haven't received my refund. The lady I spoke mentioned that there minior work that needed to be done on the unit. And top it all she mentioned that new tenant has moved in but still no refund and no invoice for the job was supposedly done.
