WATER PROBLEM

WINDMILL PARK ESTATE _ No water on the upstairs units every weekend, we are unable to do laundry,bath,use bathroom or make food, when I report the matter to natrent, they advise that the issue is with the council, meaning tenant must make plans to get water while paying full rent..it's very frustrating

Please don't accept to rent out upstairs units as you will have to spend more money to buy water ..
