Unprofessional Rude Discriminating
I've been inquiring since beginning of July, i asked Bronwyn i am interested in the property she said she would arrange for us to view a couple of days passed and we had to remind her. After going through the whole process they give the property to someone else because i am under debt review although i got all the documents the requested and debt review gave a letter saying i can afford it. Angelique also put the phone down in my ear because i why she hasn't come back to me. Still awaiting response from Pierre GM and the refuse to give me the owners details to i can inform her how unprofessional her staff is. Terrible shocking service.

19 Aug 2019, 14:22From the beginning of July your staff as i said is rude and unprofessional. Anqilique with her sarcasm and eventfully slamming the phone down in my ear and Bronwyn that takes 3 weeks to finalize our application. You should spend less time writing pretty answers and more time training your staff, but after i read all the reviews the service i received doesn't surprise me.
