Unprofessional and ***********
We app**** to rent a unit through NatRent and submitted all the requested documents. The agent (Meta Binda) came across as extremely unprofessional and somewhat ***********. They refused to consider the application purely because we refused to divulge our bank balance. The application included the standard income & expense breakdown, and all of it can be verified on the bank statements, without having to know what the bank balance is, nor is it anyone business which charities we may choose to support from time to time. To top it all off, Meta has the audacity to call my partner, demand to know what is going on and when she does not get her way - swear at us and slam the phone down in our ears...

19 Aug 2019, 14:16Good day Ruan. Unfortunately we have to have full access to bank statement in order to determine your affordability as you might have a big overdraft . We keep all documents private in accordance with law. In the 8 years I have worked with Meta, she has not sworn once.
