Unhappy Tenant

I have bad experience with them, I have been staying there for three years and when i lost my job 2024 oct then decided to put a 60 days notice, When I moved in the place it was not in mint conditions you can see something's need to be replaced as they get older, Well i had an issue of a leak from upstairs and that damage the wall including the cupboard, And now that i left the place they sent me a list of stuff that needs to be replaced, Good people as the owner you know every five years or whatever period you need to do maitainance, but not with our money unless i know i break something. But now it looks like its a habit for Natrent not pay us back our money. Its been like a month an half now waiting for the refund. I have been renting before an i received better treatment, Whenever you move out your deposit also follow. But with agent i see troubles .... I wish people can stop giving them a business if this is how they treat us.
