TINKA'S PLACE (2 Witney Street, Bryanston) - DO NOT RENT FROM NATRENT!!!
Hi, I rent a unit in Tinka's place complex and I can see the guys working on Natrent are very rude and **** when I rent the place on December there was security guard now after 2 months they took out the security guard and ask for more money to put it back. DO NOT RENT FROM NATRENT!!!

It was always the agreement to have a night guard that the tenant pay a portion too. We only stationed a guard full time during December for additional security while tenant were moving in still. Should all want a 24hr guard you will need to contribute more unfortunately

02 Mar 2020, 17:49Stop lying your sales agents told us the complex has 24 hours security and the developer makes space for the dishwasher but after I paid the deposit Natrent forgot the premises instead of making excuses to increase your services. I can see the Natrent are very very very very unprofessional. it's not my first issue. I moved 2 months ago and it's my third issue.

Stop lying your sales agents told us the complex has 24 hours security and the developer makes space for the dishwasher but after I paid the deposit Natrent forgot the premises instead of making excuses to increase your services. I can see the Natrent are very very very very unprofessional. it's not my first issue. I moved 2 months ago and it's my third issue.
