Please DO NOT enter into a lease agreement with Natrent. I stayed in my unit for a year and did my due diligence to clean up the place before moving out, only to find that my deposit would be used to clean the unit AGAIN. Furthermore, over R6000 of my deposit went toward repainting the entire unit even though there were only two walls that needed repainting. To add insult to injury, I’ve also been charged for cleaning up oil stains on my parking lot EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT OWN A CAR. I informed the inspector (Meta) about this and told me not to worry about it – clearly deceptive like the rest of the staff. Do not do business with Natrent, you WILL regret it.
