Stay away

I was told I must wait 30 days to get my deposit back... they realized that is against legislation and Said it would be refunded latest today 24/08/2023... I'm waiting, no POP sent, their Manager is arrogant and doesn't know how to deal with irate customers... I was only irate because of the horrible experience I had with them but they continued to make things difficult and still deducting money from my deposit, I have been aggrieved and feel that as an act of good will for the stress they have caused should not make such deductions. Absolutely disgusting and inhumane bunch, no people skills at all.
