Smammed of my deposit by NATRENT
Natrent are ********. If you rent any property with them, you will not get your deposit back ever, they will **** and claim that they fixed things that were never broken nor damaged. They told me they fixed a door for R7 250 where in south africa a mere door costs R7 250 to replace and fix. Becareful of using thsi company they are ******** of our monies

I was renting at 19 Savana estate in albermarle. I painted the entire unit maintained everything as is and now im told i damaged walls internally and externally A toilet Cisten that cracked replaced for R1 450 where do you find a toilet cisten for that amount not even a full set toilet cost that much.
I paid R500 for cleaners to do cleaning after leaving and im charged for another cleaning R750 nowhere the unit was dirty. Unit was repainted that i even repainted the feature wall but im charged R2 200 for an already painted walls how?
Repair and paint of a door R2200? i dont even know which door.
When occupying a place there are normal wear and tear like a mould in the bathroom ceiling because of water .
I have queried all this with Devesh who told me he wont entertain me so i need to know who will be able to entertain my query because this is my hard earned money and want my deposit back.
Ive always paid my rent on time in full all the time and all my bills and comp**** t be treated this way
