Worse ever I was renting for the past 5 years and without any maintenance done on the unit, I made that place look like home but when we decided to leave we waited for out deposit for month and now statement comes and say "clear to blacklist, admin cancelation fees, damages, what damages Instead of atleast get half my deposit of R9950 I'm told o owe R250000 wat a joke it's like I'm being punished for moving out and now they want my money to do maintenance with it, everytime we reported things that needed fixing we were told the owner is already paying so much as if thats my problem. I wnt let this lying down will never pay that instead I want my deposit I understand that they have to re paint but the rest that's just day light *******
