Rental deposit ********

Unprofessional and deposit ********. Unit 10 Caranita Gemini Place. After paying all sorts of deposits on keys admin fees, I asked agent Godfrey on numerous occasions to have the flat cleaned out and to sort out all the defects because he wasn't not present with the whole checklist. I only received an email with the checklist which I rep**** to with many questions on all the defects in thr flat. I got no response from him. After speaking to Dewet about the things I had to buy and thr people I had to pay to clean the flat out, his response was ' I can take out whatever I replaced. The place was a extremely dirty and now I'm being told I can't get my deposit back because they had to clean the place and repaint... They have no proof, receipts or any form of purchase of paint, does paint cost over R8000. 00? Conveniently enough they managed to deduct just enough to swallow my whole deposit which I ofcause need for my new place. I just want my deposit back! And I won't bother them ever again.
