Rent deposit

DO NOT RENT WITH THIESE AGENTS!!! We rented with this agency for 8 yrs and when we moved out we got less than half of our deposit back. Used stupid excuses not to pay us like the water meter, gas bottle and drain were dirty. All this is outside. Apart from your wear and tear like paint, chips and scratches on the walls we left the house SPOTLESS! We even have photos to prove that the house was left clean. Have sent them emails, but they don’t even bother to get back to a person. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional from their side!
