<p>I once rented at the Windmill Park Estate in Boksburg and theres a certain amount of R3500 which u take out as deposite which you suppose to get back when you leave,but when the time comes to leave they dont wana pay back the money. This has happend to a lot of people whi rented there</p> <p> </p> <p>The person responsible is Marie Suttie who deals with refund. What this lady does is make excuses that you left the place in a bad condition even though there proof that you didnt,when you escalate further you get told that she's the only person who deals with this so i must speak to her</p> <p> </p> <p>This is uncalled for and needs to be attended ASAP</p>

I investigated your complaint as we do take matters like these seriously.
Unfortunately I cannot agree with your statement as we photograph every unit before a tenant occupies and again when they vacate.
With your exit inspection a 125 photos were taken and gone through when we assessed any damages.
I would like to have posted some of these photos but cannot do so unfortunately as these would have shown some of the damages in the unit
