R11k deposit swallowed now they want another R5k or they will blacklist me

Basically once you rent a Unit at Eagle Nest from Natrent be prepared to lose your deposit and if you are lucky like me, they will even demand that you pay them more or they will have you blacklisted. I have 2 other former tenants who have suffered the same fate and it seems this is standard practice by Natrent. Basically the owners of Eagle Nest have hired ************ *******s to handle their business. Totally sickening that they have been getting away with this for years now. NEVER RENT AN APARTMENT AT EAGLE NEST GLEN EAGLE ESTATE, GLEN MARAIS, they will unleash their rude and bullish Devesh who handles deposits. I have a deadline of 14 February to pay in an additional R5k over and above my R11k deposit that they have swallowed..
