Power cut off unfairly

Natrent I am shocked with the treatment that you guys give to all your tenants. I have my Sister who can not get access to lodge a complaint as her electricity has been cut off due to non payment of rent. Which is understandable but she contacted Natrent immediately after she was admited in to hospital for a surgery. As she wasill she was not able to wok and did not bring home a salary for the month.

She then notified Natrent and explained that unexpected health reasons had occurred and that kidly requested if Natrent would allow a payment arrangement and would pay the outstanding in 2 months.

Natrent did not even consider it and told her that she would need to move out.

Sadened by the reply she then rep**** saying that she would the have no option then and agree to move out by end of July 2018.

Now all this said. Where she at least did try to do a payment arrangement and she did do the right thing by notifying Natrent that for unexpected reasons she would not be able to do payment for the month as there is no cash at all.

Now both parties have communicated and both have agreed that she would be out 0n the last day of July 2018. They still demand the rent and have cut her electricity.

This was already discussed. Please can you let me know why she still gets demands for the rent after she already did all the above mentioned.

This is unfair practise as she did what was right and was still not given the chance to do a catch up in 2 months. She is not a ******** and has not commited a crime.

No access to hot water so can not bath herself nor her kids. No access to cell phone at night should she need to get emergency assistance.

Natrent this is not how tenants should be treated especially if they did at least approach Natrent and did not run away from you guys.

If you feel that you are right in treating the tenant this way then I understand why there are all these negative reviews on all the matters.
