NOTICE TO VACATE WITHOUT FACT
I have been handed a notice vacate premises without obtaining facts and it does not state what rule i had broke She only got a complaint from a resident and she made a decision that i must vacate without asking my side of the story as to what happened. I called her she did not want to listen to what i had to say which is unfair because i have signed a contract for a year and my contract has not lapsed.

The reason we gave you notice is very much known to you
You had a party at the premises you are renting from us (under the name of Sindisiwe Msomi) and it got out hand so much so that ADT (security company ) had to be called out. The incident report from ADT and complaints we received from neighbours states you swore and threatened them. While we are very accommodating to our tenants during this time of the year, your behaviour is totally unacceptable. We cannot have a situation where residents reside in fear of another tenant in our complex.
