Not paid rates
Worst worst worst case scenario i expected from these people.. I experienced darkness for a weekend because i couldn't access or buy electricity from Friday after and thought i had a problem because systems were updated via the token system only to my surprise, The landlord had not paid for his or her rates while we are paying an exorbitant rent monthly that we get embarrassed at the municipality that we have been blocked because rates aren't paid ridiculous

Only yesterday the landlord fixed the issue im just worried why did we have to through such a disaster with the rent we paying we really have high expectationa as tenants and going further we would like our flats to maintain especially outsides each unit and regularly garden service including cleaning after cutting grass and children's park to be updated also comeback to check on each unit for cracked walls after the big earthquake... Make sure we no longer spend months without a working security gate because sometimes we suffer traffic and uneccessary crime... Thank you
