No water

Hi as one of the tenats from Natrent i think the uneccessary water shedding when we experience loadshedding especial with no notification what so ever is draining us because we don't get any notifications or whatsoever and worse we as tenant pay water but we have to go through no water for more than 4 hours... How do we do the facilities when there's no water especially when we mostly have a families within the complex... This is too much for us
