Natrent - Terrible service, will advise anyone to search for complement employees

I would not recommend renting any property from this agency, since they’re *********** in dealing with issues since we’ve been having issues with water for the last month and have yet someone contact us in dealing with it, if you’re moving in please note you're items will be missing since there is a high correlation with new people and missing items and then they’re quick to address issues that suit them but never vice versa, I’ve yet to deal with this level of incompetence and would advise anyone to search for business else where and also advise property investors to think before association your name with this company. In a word that’s constantly changing one needs to deliver a good service never kind mediocre, this company won’t be able to help with your needs since management can’t even advertise and show the properties themselves we need to do this and still pay an ‘admin’ fee?
