A bunch of charlatans. Stay away from this company. After almost a decade in a complex managed by these charlatans. Upon vacating the unit I am saddled with a humongous bill for painting a door and walls. Which showed nothing more than general wear and tear, no damage, no extreme dirt. Appliances and cupboards still in perfect working order. In which universe does it cost over R 5 000 for a flat measuring less than 50 square meters? Even the most expensive paint on the market does not justify this exorbitant cost. STAY AWAY!!!
