Natrent is the worst...

Natrent is the worst agency to rent from, specially when it comes to maintenance, they can fix your neighbour's problem but refuse to fix the same problem you have and raise their lease agreement clause no:5 that is biased if they don't like u, the maintenance manager is rude... My advice is that u read through the agreement clearly before signing it because wooooow... Safety n security is a risk matter at Windmillpark estate and they refuse to do anything about it, that estate is turning into a squatter camp... I wouldn't recommend to rent under Natrent, the estate is affordable but high risk when it comes to security getting maintenance is a hustle, they will always give u run around and expect u to fix things which are meant to be fixed by them
