Natrent has made us homeless

Natrent has not followed the law with regards to thier tenats we were staying at gold reef view and unable to pay rent on time because of financial issues. As soon as the rent was late they would switch off the lights even though we pay for our own electricity my kids would bath with cold water. Then they locked us out and changed out locks without giving us notice with all our clothes in the house we then have to stay at people's house and we have a newborn who's clothes are also locked up in the house we told them we would pay rent begining of October due to our finacial problems but the lights are still off and they still have locked us out. They have not followed any procedure and have been locking out and switching of lights for many tenants at gold reef view. They inconsiderate and don't care about tenats
