Natrent bad news

Please be careful to rent from Natrent. I've just moved into a flat (renting from Natrent). The drain water from another flat is running into my bath and basin (staying on the ground floor). I've reported the matter to their maintenance department and it seems like I have to pay for a plumber to come fix a block drain from another flat. Please think twice before renting from them.
