Natrent alberton you guys are irritating and ****ing me off

I'm so disappointed as on the 04/07/2025 the house which I'm staying in at mont serat 2 had a problem with the water pipes leaking inside the wall the pipes was fixed with the house is in a very bad state as the agent who I'm renting from told me that they will contact my girlfriend to get the house fixed until this day my house still looks so terrible inside and now they expect me to pay the full rent which I don't think it's fare at all I'm basically begging people to do they job. I needs answers ASAP. ***
